As the Southern Manager, I am very proud to present this young loan officer. Vanoune was a former associate of Esperance pour Haiti, making a living as a saleslady of used clothes packs* in the outskirts of Les Cayes, the 3rd largest city in the country. Due to her outstanding accomplishment in the program she was able to become a loan officer, also showing an impressive performance.

Since Vanone joined Esperance, first as an associate and later as a loan officer, she was able to upgrade her home - coming from a poor context her home was in very bad conditions. Not only a blessing for her family, with time she has also became an icon in her Commune.
